Brain Fog Lifters

The most important thing you need to know about your brain is that brain fog can be attributed to  excess chemicals in the air and food we consume.  To counteract theses effects you should reduce your sugar consumption, eliminate carbonated drinks, drink water, and take a tablespoon of coconut oil three times a day.
